Assessment and One-Time Cleaning Scopes

Pool Baseline and Pool Passport

One assessment visit before recurring care or as separately quoted.

Know what you own and start with a clear plan. Your pool’s condition, equipment details and care needs are collected in one useful record.

Scope of Work: One visit records the named pool and spa, estimated volume and basis, surface type, visible equipment, operating schedule and access details. We complete a SpinTouch profile, photograph starting conditions and note visible concerns. You receive a Pool Passport and recommended care plan, plus a brief explanation of the checks to make between visits.

Service Details: Required before recurring care; any onboarding charge or waiver appears in your quote. No cleaning or treatment is included. This is a maintenance assessment, not a structural, code or invasive equipment inspection.

Contamination Response

Quoted event-specific response and verification.

Know what to do after a pool accident. We assess the event, manage the agreed response and explain when use can resume.

Scope of Work: We identify the reported event and affected water body, coordinate restricted use and follow the applicable event-specific treatment protocol. Work includes safe removal within our training, testing, approved treatment, required contact time and the quoted verification checks. You receive an incident record and written reopening or continued-closure instructions.

Service Details: Prevent use and report the event immediately. Fecal, vomit, blood and animal incidents need individual assessment. Sewage and unknown chemical spills require specialists. Public-pool reopening follows the applicable authority and property plan.

Additional Pool Service Visit

One separately approved extra visit.

Get the specific extra help your pool needs, with the work and price agreed before the visit.

Scope of Work: Your service order selects the actual tasks: testing and balancing, skimming, basket care, brushing, floor cleaning or reachable waterline wiping. It lists the named water body, one scheduled visit, any labor limit and included chemicals. We complete those tasks and provide a report with water readings where tested, visible concerns and the next step.

Service Details: Only the selected tasks are included. This does not enroll another recurring visit. Recovery, specialty treatment and rush scheduling are separately agreed. Work already included and due under your maintenance tier is not billed again. Short-notice requests depend on confirmed availability; any rush charge must be approved in the quote.
