Make the Handover Straightforward
1. Share the address and pool condition. Include your preferred timing and any recent treatments or concerns.
2. Review the recommendation. We confirm route availability, assess the property, and explain the plan, chemical coverage, and any separate work.
3. Confirm the start and access. Once the new start is agreed, coordinate the handover under your existing agreement and share the latest service information.
Residential plans are month-to-month, billed on the 1st with payment due within 30 days. Autopay requires separate authorization. We establish the baseline before recurring care, then provide a report after each completed recurring visit.
Choose the Work You Want to Take Care of
Every residential plan includes one scheduled visit per week, professional water testing, standard maintenance chemicals and a digital report with a dated pool photo. All spas and hot tubs are quoted as additional services in every package.
1. Water Care
Weekly testing and routine water balancing while you handle physical cleaning. No basket, robot or equipment-check service is included.
2. Essential Care
Water Care plus accessible skimmer and pump baskets, robot debris-container care, visible equipment checks and compatible filter backwashing as needed. You handle pool-surface cleaning.
3. Complete Pool Management
Full weekly care with all Essential tasks, surface skimming, weekly brushing of accessible walls, steps and benches, and routine waterline and full-floor cleaning as needed.
4. Signature Pool Management
Complete care plus a recorded weekly advanced water-balance review using LSI and first consideration for available extra non-emergency appointments. Existing bookings and urgent issues take precedence.

Routine residential chemicals include chlorine, pH and alkalinity products, calcium, stabilizer and salt when needed. Specialty treatment and recovery are separately quoted. Backwashing applies to compatible systems; internal filter and salt-cell cleaning are separately arranged.
Pool equipment repairs are coming soon as we complete the remaining Florida state requirements. Once available, recurring maintenance clients will receive priority over new repair-only customers, subject to availability and urgency. Repairs will be quoted separately.
Keep a Clear History of Your Pool Care
Your digital report records readings, chemical additions, completed tasks, photographs, and recommendations. If a question comes up later, the Pool Passport gives you a record of the visits and the starting condition.
The baseline covers maintenance observations. It doesn't replace a structural, leak, code, or internal equipment inspection. When a concern needs specialist attention, we help document it and coordinate an appropriately qualified provider.
