Weekly Pool Service in Gainesville, FL

Your pool should feel like the easy part of coming home.

Lasting Summers brings professional water testing, dependable cleaning routines, and clear visit reports to Gainesville pool care. Choose the help that fits your backyard, with a written plan and a service history you can follow.

More Time by the Water With Less Routine Work

Some homeowners enjoy handling the cleaning and want help with the water. Others would happily hand over the net, brush, and weekly checklist. We start by asking which sounds like you.

Then we look at the pool: its condition, cleaner, screen or tree exposure, equipment, and any spa or water feature. Those details shape the recommendation, so the care fits both the property and the way you use it.

Choose Your Level of Weekly Care

Every residential plan includes one scheduled visit per week, professional water testing, standard maintenance chemicals and a digital report with a dated pool photo. All spas and hot tubs are quoted as additional services in every package.

1. Water Care
Weekly testing and routine water balancing while you handle physical cleaning. No basket, robot or equipment-check service is included.
2. Essential Care
Water Care plus accessible skimmer and pump baskets, robot debris-container care, visible equipment checks and compatible filter backwashing as needed. You handle pool-surface cleaning.
3. Complete Pool Management
Full weekly care with all Essential tasks, surface skimming, weekly brushing of accessible walls, steps and benches, and routine waterline and full-floor cleaning as needed.
4. Signature Pool Management
Complete care plus a recorded weekly advanced water-balance review using LSI and first consideration for available extra non-emergency appointments. Existing bookings and urgent issues take precedence.

Routine residential chemicals include chlorine, pH and alkalinity products, calcium, stabilizer and salt when needed. Specialty treatment and recovery are separately quoted. Backwashing applies to compatible systems; internal filter and salt-cell cleaning are separately arranged.

Pool equipment repairs are coming soon as we complete the remaining Florida state requirements. Once available, recurring maintenance clients will receive priority over new repair-only customers, subject to availability and urgency. Repairs will be quoted separately.

A Clear Record From the First Visit

We begin with your Pool Baseline: starting water readings, condition photographs, equipment information, and access details. That becomes the first entry in your Pool Passport, the record of your pool's care over time.

After each completed recurring visit, you receive the readings, chemical additions, tasks completed under your plan, photographs, and any recommendations. You can see what happened and what, if anything, needs your attention.

Questions About Gainesville Pool Service

Are chemicals included?
Yes. Normal residential maintenance includes chlorine, pH and alkalinity products, calcium, stabilizer and salt when needed for your pool. Specialty treatments and recovery from neglected or abnormal conditions are separately quoted.
Can you care for a saltwater pool?
Yes. A salt generator produces chlorine, while testing, cleaning, and water balance still need attention. We record the installed equipment and follow its relevant manufacturer guidance.
What if the pool needs repairs or a major cleanup?
Tell us about the condition when you inquire. We assess larger cleanups and recommend the appropriate service. Our repair service is coming soon. For equipment needing attention before it launches, we can help coordinate appropriate follow-up.
How do I compare pool service quotes?
Compare the cleaning included, visit frequency, chemical policy, reports, and approval process for extra work. Our weekly pool-service buyer guide includes questions you can use with any provider.

For an example of the information you will receive, see our service report guide.
